This path requires manufacturing and wire-harness capabilities beyond the tools used to assemble a DIY Kit.
Workspace
Separate areas for:
- received and accepted parts
- quarantined or rejected parts
- mechanical inspection and insert installation
- wire cutting, termination, labeling, and electrical testing
- unpowered electronics inspection
- protected battery storage
- final module kits
- crane-supported integration and commissioning
Assembly and Inspection Tools

Manufacturing Plan
For each custom part, decide whether it will be manufactured internally or by a qualified supplier. Record the required process, material, finish, inspection method, and acceptance result.
TBC: manufacturing controls
Critical tolerances, inspection tooling, process certificates, post-processing requirements, torque values, insert specifications, and released wire tooling remain TBC.
