This gate checks self-source production work only. Both paths converge at First-Time Software and Motor Setup after this page.

Self-Source Path Check

Compatible hardware, CAD, BOM, wire, electronics, and firmware revisions are recorded.

Purchased and manufactured quantities match the released BOM.

Custom parts match the specified material, process, finish, and revision.

Mechanical parts passed visual and dimensional inspection.

All required heat-set inserts are installed and accepted.

Normal harnesses were manufactured, labeled, and electrically tested from the released manifest.

Wago and soldered pass-through wires remain unjoined and assigned to assembly steps.

All electronics and safety hardware passed physical incoming inspection.

A compatible battery and installed power-system hardware are identified and inspected.

All 25 actuator models and unique numbered stickers are present and recorded for common setup.

Rejected, missing, substituted, or quarantined items are resolved.

The laptop, data USB-C cable, 32 GB or larger microSD card, reader, and Ethernet cable are ready for common setup.

If any released source or acceptance procedure remains TBC, do not substitute assumptions to complete this gate.
