Build Record Review
Record the robot identity, applicable revisions, assembly evidence, and unresolved blockers.
Review the evidence produced during sourcing, preparation, and assembly before inspecting the assembled robot.
Build Identity
Record these fields in the build record:
| Field | Required record |
|---|---|
| Inspection date and operator | Name and date |
| Build identifier | Unique robot or build record ID |
| Preparation path | DIY Kit or self-source |
| Hardware release | Identifier and date, if released |
| Kit packing list or BOM | Revision used |
| Wire manifest | Revision used |
| Manual revision | Revision or access date |
| Firmware and board revisions | Record only; do not flash or power boards |
Evidence Review
Record the status of:
- torso, pelvis, left arm, right arm, left leg, right leg, head, and whole-robot integration records
- every missing, substituted, damaged, rejected, or quarantined item
- all 25 actuator serial numbers, models, Motor IDs, labels, and intended physical locations
- every Wago and soldered pass-through join and its assembly record
- existing harness continuity, polarity, isolation, and short-circuit test records
- electronics, emergency-stop hardware, and battery identity records
- unresolved TBCs, deviations, rework, or inspection findings
Missing evidence is a blocker
An unresolved left/right assignment, missing authoritative revision, incomplete module record, absent cable identity, or missing electrical acceptance record must remain open. Recording or acknowledging a blocker does not turn it into a pass.
