Record the Build Release

Before ordering, record:

  • hardware release: TBC
  • CAD revision and date
  • BOM revision and date: TBC
  • wiring-manifest revision: TBC
  • electronics and board revisions: TBC
  • actuator firmware compatibility: TBC
  • builder or organization
  • sourcing region

Sourcing Record

For every purchased or manufactured item, record:

  • part number and description
  • required quantity
  • supplier or manufacturer
  • quoted lead time
  • material, process, and finish where applicable
  • substitution status
  • ordered, received, inspected, accepted, or rejected state

TBC: release manifest

The authoritative public release manifest connecting the BOM, CAD, wire manifest, electronics, firmware, and assembly instructions is TBC. Do not approve substitutions or begin manufacturing from filenames alone.
