Sourcing Record
For every purchased or manufactured item, record:
- part number and description
- required quantity
- supplier or manufacturer
- quoted lead time
- material, process, and finish where applicable
- substitution status
- ordered, received, inspected, accepted, or rejected state

The authoritative public release manifest connecting the BOM, CAD, wire manifest, electronics, firmware, and assembly instructions is TBC. Do not approve substitutions or begin manufacturing from filenames alone.
