Module Kitting
Group prepared parts, actuators, wiring, fasteners, and electronics into seven assembly stations.
Create one labeled assembly station for each robot module. A module kit is complete only when every required item is present, inspected, and assigned to that module.

The IMU belongs in the torso. The waist-yaw actuator, Motor ID 23, belongs in the pelvis.
The Motor ID reference groups actuators by kinematic body system. This table groups them by assembly station, so hip-pitch and hip-roll actuators are placed in the pelvis kit even though they are leg joints in the robot model.
TBC: side mapping in current assembly pages
The current arm and leg assembly pages conflict with the mechanical part-family convention: some 300/500 parts are paired with left-side Motor IDs. Validate and correct those procedures before finalizing the left and right module kits.
Contents of Every Kit
Place these categories in each station:
- inspected custom mechanical parts
- inspected off-the-shelf structural parts
- actuators with verified Motor IDs and visible labels
- accepted normal wire harnesses from the completed preparation path
- identified Wago or soldered exception wires, where required
- exact fasteners, nuts, washers, and inserts
- bearings, shafts, collars, rod ends, and linkages
- module electronics and sensors
- module-specific tools or temporary assembly aids
- a printed or digital module inventory record
Do not place shared tools, the disconnected battery, charger, or rejected parts inside a module bin.

Released per-module quantities for mechanical parts, fasteners, inserts, wires, electronics, consumables, and spares are TBC. Existing module lists and assembly steps contain conflicts, and the head is pending redesign. Do not treat the images as quantity-complete manifests.

- Seven labeled module stations exist.
- Mechanical part families are separated by module and side.
- All 25 actuators are assigned to the correct kits by verified Motor ID.
- The torso kit contains the IMU.
- The pelvis kit contains waist-yaw Motor ID 23.
- Premade wires and user-completed connection exceptions are assigned to modules.
- No battery, shared tool, rejected item, or unidentified component is inside a module kit.
- Every module has a released, completed inventory record, or the build remains blocked as TBC.
