Step 20: Join the Arm Assemblies

Connect the wiring and fasten Sub Assemblies C and E together in the correct orientation.

Instructions

Prepare Sub Assembly C and Sub Assembly E to be connected to each other.

Put Sub Assembly C in an upright position, with the Part and explore wires pointing upward toward the ceiling. Then bend it down in an L shape. Put it on your right side

Step 20: Join the Arm Assemblies

Put Sub Assembly E in an upright position, with the Part and expose wires pointing upward toward the ceiling. Then bend it down in an L shape such that the exposed wire is also facing the wire from Sub Assembly C. Put it on your left side. Make sure Part is facing you.

Step 20: Join the Arm Assemblies

Take 4 pieces of Wago 221. Connect the wire of the same type from each Sub Assembly together using Wago. You should have something that looks like this if the connection is done correctly.

After the connection is done, put all of the wire and Wago into the hollow part of Sub Assembly E.

Make sure that the orientation of Sub Assembly C and E is arranged as instructed previously. You need to make sure this is done right in terms of the alignment orientation between Sub Assembly C and E, because if not your forearm will turn the wrong way.

Now twist the Sub Assembly E inward, such that the locking mechanism is turned toward you, and not away from you. Then align the 6 holes on the circumference of Part with the 6 holes on the circumference of part .

Step 20: Join the Arm Assemblies

Take 6 – M4x8 Socket bolt and tighten lightly into the 6 holes on the circumference of part to help align part Part with part .

After the parts are aligned, remove each of the 6 – M4x8 Socket bolts, apply threadlocker and then tighten them back to secure Part and Part together.

You have now completed the assembly of the Left Arm
