Confirm that all Kit-specific inspection and factory-preparation checks are complete.
Asimov DIY Kit path
This gate checks the Kit-specific work only. Both paths converge at First-Time Software and Motor Setup after this page.
Kit Path Check
- The released packing list and Kit revision are recorded.
- Every shipment item is present or a missing-item resolution is recorded.
- Shipping-damaged or questionable items are quarantined.
- Mechanical parts and finishes passed inspection.
- Required heat-set inserts are present and acceptable.
- Normal premade wiring passed visual inspection.
- Wago and soldered exception wires remain unjoined and identified for assembly.
- All 25 actuator models and unique numbered stickers are recorded and consistent.
- Raspberry Pi 5, motion control, power, safety, sensing, and I/O electronics are present and undamaged.
- The regional battery passed incoming inspection and remains disconnected.
- The laptop, data USB-C cable, 32 GB or larger microSD card, reader, and Ethernet cable are ready for common setup.
If a factory-prepared item is missing or incorrect, quarantine it and use the approved replacement or support process. Do not silently convert the Kit workflow into a self-source repair procedure.
