Inspect the supplied control boards, sensors, safety electronics, and regional battery.

Electronics Inventory
Account for:
- Radxa CM5-based motion control board
- Raspberry Pi 5
- microSD storage and mounting hardware:
TBC - power-distribution, conversion, switching, and protection hardware:
TBC - wireless emergency stop and receiver
- torso IMU
- monocular camera
- microphone array
- speaker and associated electronics
- Ethernet and supplied device cables
Inspect PCBs, sockets, headers, antennas, connectors, latches, mounting holes, storage, heatsinks, and supplied cables. Quarantine any unidentified revision or physical damage.
Raspberry Pi 5 is the only officially supported edge computer.
Battery Inspection
Confirm the supplied pack matches the Asimov 1 13S4P, 46.8 V, 10.5 Ah battery specification. Inspect its enclosure, lead, connector, terminals, and strain relief without charging or connecting it.
Keep the battery disconnected and its output protected throughout mechanical assembly.
TBC: electronics delivery state
Board SKUs and revisions, supplied mounting hardware, public image downloads and checksums, charger model, battery connector, fuse arrangement, power-distribution setup, and emergency-stop wiring are TBC.
