Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

Prepare Part 300_02B, attach it to the shoulder actuator, and route the XT30 cable.

Instructions

Take part and put it on a flat surface, with the round center facing upward

Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

Take the M4 square nuts and place them into the designated slots along the edges of part

Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

Using 10 M4x10 flat bolts, secure the M4 square nuts lightly (this will need to be removed and reinstall later)

Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

Flip part upside down and place 6 M5x25 socket screws into the respective 6 holes that you see on the surface

Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

Align part with the part assembled from Step 1, align the 6 bolts to the 6 holes on the motor shaft and lightly tighten it to align the part

Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

After the part is aligned, remove each M5x25 socket bolt, place threadlocker on to them and tighten them back to secure the parts together

Take a single ended XT30(2+2) cable of length 250 mm. Take the bare wire part and pass through the hollow shaft in the middle of the motor.

Step 2: Complete the Shoulder Base

You are done with the assembly of Sub Assembly A
