Part Organisation
Sort your Asimov 1 kit by module and keep track of the parts and hardware you have checked.
Your kit contains a mixture of parts. Start by setting aside a labelled tray or area for each module below. Keep left and right parts separate, and keep spare hardware outside the required quantities.
Check one module at a time. Each checkbox confirms that you have found the full quantity in that row, not that the part is installed. Bolts, nuts, and washers can stay in labelled bags or compartments after counting.
Based on the assembly instructions
These quantities are derived from the assembly steps, not a verified shipping manifest. Reused items are counted once. Where specifications are incomplete, the checklist notes the limitation and links to the source step. If a part or quantity does not match, leave it unchecked and confirm it before assembly.
Hip pitch and hip roll actuators belong in the Pelvis group because that is where they are installed. Head parts have their own sorting group but are assembled during RPI + Head Board Setup and torso steps 8-9. Keep each arm's 12 M4x45 mounting bolts with that arm for later torso installation.
