Step 5: Attach Part 500_12A

Attach part 500_12A in the L-shaped groove on part 500_03C.

Instructions

Turn the current assembly around such that the L-shape grove is facing upward toward the ceiling and toward you.

Step 5: Attach Part 500_12A - Instruction 1

Take part and align it with the L-shape grove on part .

Step 5: Attach Part 500_12A - Instruction 2

Take 2 – M3x6 socket bolt and lightly tighten it into the 2 holes on part to align it with part .

Step 5: Attach Part 500_12A - Instruction 3

After the parts are aligned:

remove each of the 2 – M3x6 socket bolts,
apply threadlocker,
then tighten them back to secure Part and part together.

Step 4: Attach Part 500_06A

Fit part 500_06A over actuator ID 10 and fasten it to the existing assembly.

Step 6: Install the Outer Housing

Enclose the assembly with part 500_04C and secure it with 17 bolts.
