Actuator Setup

Open Asimov Manager, confirm the RPU connection, and assign all 25 motor IDs before assembly.

Complete Firmware & Software Flashing first. With both computers flashed, connected, and powered on, continue in Asimov Manager. No terminal is required for actuator setup.

Open the Dashboard, confirm the RPU link is healthy, and set your dashboard password.

Assign Motor IDs to all 25 motors, one at a time, using their numbered stickers.

Complete this before assembly

Program motor IDs with loose motors on the bench, with exactly one motor connected at a time. Do not assign IDs with the assembled robot's actuator harness connected.

After programming all 25 motors, power everything down and follow the assembly instructions. Return to Calibrate Actuators after assembly to check and calibrate the motors, then First Start to start the firmware.
