Step 4: Route the Hip Cables and Install the Cover

Connect one connector of each hip pitch cable to its actuator port, route and label both cables, and secure the pelvis cover.

Parts needed

Lay Sub Assembly A flat on a surface such that the rectangular hole with access to the actuator port facing upward toward the ceiling.

Step 4: Route the Hip Cables and Install the Cover - Instruction 1

Connect one connector of each 300 mm double-ended XT30 (2+2) cable to the corresponding hip pitch actuator port.

Step 4: Route the Hip Cables and Install the Cover - Instruction 2

Route the 2 - double ended XT30 (2+2) - 300mm cable through the port cut-out of part .

Label each cable

Label each cable with masking tape so its free connector can be matched to the corresponding RPU port later.

Take part and lay it over the hole to cover it up, align the holes on part with the threaded insert.

Take 4 – M3x8 Flat bolts and secure part to part
