Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

Attach the right hip pitch motor to the pelvis housing and route its XT30 cable through the front cutout.

Instructions

Take Motor EC-A6416-P2-25 (ID 7) and lay it flat on a surface such that the motor shaft is facing upward toward the ceiling.

Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

Take part and align the 8 holes in the inner circumference of it with the 8 holes on the motor shaft. Make sure that the port cut out on part 200_03A is 30 degrees to the left from the port at the bottom.

Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

Take 8 – M4x10 Flat bolt, lightly tighten into the 8 inner holes of part to align the part with the motor.

Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

After the part is aligned, remove each M4x10 flat bolt, place threadlocker on them and tighten them back to secure part and the motor together.

Connect XT30 (2+2) cable to the port above.

Take part and lay them flat on the side, such that the right hip pitch hollow is facing upward toward the ceiling. Part should be pointing towards your left, and the solid part should be facing you.

Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

Take 8 – M4 nylon-insert locknuts and put them into the 8 slots around the surface of Part right hip pitch surface.

Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

Slot the motor and part inside the left hip pitch hollow of part . Slowly guide the wire through the cut-out hole on part and . At the end, slightly twist it clockwise so that the cutout on part align with part . Then, align it such that the 8 outer holes are aligned with the holes on the edge surface of Part . If you did it correctly, you should be able to see the motor port facing outward from the front rectangular cut out.

Step 3: Install the Right Hip Pitch Motor

Take 8 – M4x16 Flat bolt, lightly tighten into the 8 inner holes of part to align the part with part .

After the part is aligned, remove each M4x16 flat bolt, place threadlocker on them and tighten them back to secure part and part together.
