Step 11: Complete the Head Enclosure
Attach the camera and Raspberry Pi assembly to the head base, route its power and Ethernet cables to the RPU, and install the three head covers.

Instructions
Align Sub Assembly from Step 10 with the 4 threaded hole on part . Take 4 - M4x14 socket bolts and lightly tighten into the 4 threaded holes at each corner of part .
After the parts are aligned:
- remove each of the 4 – M4x14 socket bolts in a star formation,
- apply threadlocker,
- then tighten them back to secure Part and part together.
Route the Raspberry Pi power and Ethernet cables through part and the neck cutout, then connect each cable's connector to its specified RPU port.
Take part and slide it on top of the RPI and align with part .
Take part and fit it to the left side of the head.
Take 5 - M4x10 flat bolts and lightly tighten into the 5 holes on part to align with the head. Once aligned, tighten all 5 - M4x10 flat bolts to secure the part together.
Take part and fit it to the right side of the head.
Take 5 - M4x10 flat bolts and lightly tighten into the 5 holes on part to align with the head. Once aligned, tighten all 5 - M4x10 flat bolts to secure the part together.

Mount camera 700_10X and Raspberry Pi 5 700_09X on head carrier 700_05C using four standoffs and eight socket bolts.
Step 12: Install the Battery Assembly and Torso Covers
Install the battery assembly and torso covers while keeping the battery connector disconnected from the RPU power port.
